It is difficult not to feel excited and pleased for the Claimant as one reads about the obvious improvements that have taken place ensuring his worthwhile recovery from a serious brain injury. Mr. M has gone on improving in his third year after injury. This is a result of his ready engagement with therapy which has been very focused and not excessive.

·        It appears from his records that the Claimant has made an extremely good recovery from what was a severe injury and has achieved this as a result of his access to a well-planned tightly focused community-based therapy program, the support of his wife, family, and friends, and his own initiation and motivation to work on his recovery.
