D also fully acknowledges that C has actively engaged in rehabilitation (under the auspices of the excellent case management organized by Ms. Lawlor and the therapists who have been engaged in C’s rehabilitation) and D recognizes that the excellent level of recovery from such severe injury must be due (to a significant extent at least) to the determination of C as well as his constructive and active engagement with the therapies provided to him. D also fully acknowledges the role that Mrs. M has played in such a good outcome from the injuries sustained by C.
