Mr. M benefitted from excellent in-patient neurorehabilitation pretty much from the outset, and this quality multidisciplinary team approach was maintained through the spring of 2020 in the face of Covid restrictions. Similarly, he benefitted from a comprehensive multi-disciplinary pattern of rehabilitation following discharge, overseen by a very capable case manager. I am impressed at the quality of the documentation, and of the goal-driven approach taken by all parties.
